I go to Newbury Street with my sister every Sunday just to browse around. I got the knot necklace I'm wearing from Madewell and popped it on while I was out today. You can buy other charms to add to it or just wear it alone. Hannah bought an adorable belt to go with her coat. I also had to bring in my legging jeans to Madewell because I ripped them this weekend. They are my second and very last pair so I have to make them last as long as I can because they've discontinued them. Don't worry though, I'm going to be writing a very strongly worded letter to the CEO, yeah... I'm going there! They are by far my favorite jeans I have every owned, I have to be aggressive haha.

I also stopped into Anthropologie, and boy was that a mistake. I had to hold myself back from purchasing everything in sight. I'm especially in love with all of their craft books, journals, mugs, and kitchen accessories. Just being in there makes me so excited to have a well decorated, cozy home someday.

It snowed! I shouldn't be surprised to see snow, but this winter has been oddly mild for New England. I met up with my sister Hannah at the Thinking Cup on Tremont Street. I had jasmine tea, pasta salad, and macaroons- all delish. I don't have words to describe how much I love taking pictures in Boston, someone always has to stop and comment. We were dying of laughter the entire time. What a picturesque, snowy, Boston day spent with my sister drinking tea and having laughs. It don't get much betta.

spring is in the air

Whipped out this little charmer today that I picked up at Forever 21 a couple months ago. I'm shocked myself that it's from F21, but it's the cutest dress. It's subtle pink tones are perfection to me. I paired it with my Doc Marten's that I got a Urban Outfitters for $19.99 (steaaaaaaaal), my fjallraven kanken backpack, waltham watch, and black tights.

I think everyone is aware of my sick obsession with Madewell by now. I honestly cannot get enough of it. It completely sums up my style and the way I wish to portray myself. I literally stalk their website and ravage through the sale section when I'm in the store on Newbury Street. Here are a few items I've been drooling over lately.

mild monday

Winter break is coming to a close and I can't say that it hasn't been eventful. A lot of wonderful things have happened to me lately and I couldn't be more thankful. I'm more than ready to get back into the normality of my routine. I miss working with my children and seeing my friends on a regular basis. And I could definitely use the money after the insane amount of Christmas spending that completely annihilated my bank account.

I've acquired some pretty nice pieces for my wardrobe, mostly purchased by myself, but I also recieved lovely gifts from my mother, sister, and boyfriend (cough MADEWELL PANTS cough cough, yeah he ain't too shabby!) I celebrated my 21st birthday on the 2nd of January with everyone I hold dear to me. Twenty feels older, maybe I'm crazy, but I feel just a teensy bit more 'adult-like' haha.
